How We Work

We carry out the cremation

Whilst in our care, your loved one is treated with the highest level of care and respect.

On the morning of the cremation, we will make our way to the crematorium at the appointed time. We will carry the coffin into the chapel and place it upon the catafalque.

Our team of professionals will carry out a simple cremation.

We collect & care for your loved one

We will personally arrange to send our team of professionals out to you straight away or at a time that is convenient for you to collect your loved one with care. Rest assured, your loved one is in good hands as we transport them to the crematorium. We offer personal support when working with the necessary paperwork, doctors and services.

We return the ashes to you

We will personally hand-deliver the ashes to you in person, or if you wish we can scatter them in our Garden of Remembrance. You can choose from our range of Urns, Caskets or Scatter Tubes if you prefer to have the ashes be placed in something more personal than the container supplied.
